About this template

Harbourline is a website template for a real estate agency: the listings are the site, filtered in the browser from the hero, each with a page that gives a buyer what they ask for, and the agents one tap away. The demo is an agency in Sydney's eastern suburbs selling and letting houses and apartments between Bondi and Coogee, with price guides in Australian dollars and photographs in morning harbour light.

The home page opens on a white house above the water with the statement set into it and a search panel (suburb, bedrooms, price) that filters the listings as you type, then six featured homes in a mixed-size grid with price guide, beds, baths, parking and the next inspection, selling in four steps with an appraisal button, a full-width photograph of the coast, the twelve agents in a row and the office with a map. Buy lists eighteen homes with filters and a sort; each listing page has eight photographs with thumbnails and arrow keys, the price guide, the address, a facts column, a description, the features, inspection times, a map and a sticky panel with the agent's portrait, phone and email. Rent lists eight homes with weekly rents in the same form. Sold shows twelve results with sale prices and days on market. Sell explains a sale in five stages. Team presents the twelve agents with the suburbs they know. Six suburb guides pair a photograph and four paragraphs with median prices. Contact gives the office, hours, phone and email.

To make it yours, describe your agency in a chat with Firevibe: your suburbs, your listings with their photographs, facts and inspection times, your sold results, your agents with portraits and numbers, and your office. The search panel and the listing pages are rebuilt around your properties.

Best use cases

Residential sales agency

Eighteen listings with price guides, facts and inspection times, each leading to a page with its gallery and its named agent.

Sales and rentals under one roof

Buy and Rent are separate sections in the same listing form, rentals priced per week.

Suburb specialist

Six suburb guides with median prices sit beside agent profiles that name the areas each person knows, and listings link to their suburb's guide.

Agency that lives on appraisals

Selling in four steps on the home page and five on Sell, each ending in a button that opens an email with a prepared subject instead of a form.

How it works

  1. Use the template

Sign up or log in, and the template's code is copied into a new project of your own. The site is served right away, at its own address.

  2. Change it by chat

Describe what you want different: the words, the images, the pages, the colors. Firevibe edits the code and the preview updates.

  3. Publish

Put the site live on a firevibe.dev address, or connect your own domain.

Features

Search panel in the hero

Suburb, bedrooms, property type and price filter the listings in the browser with a soft reflow; nothing is sent to a server.

Featured listing grid

Six cards on the home page with the photograph, suburb, price guide, beds, baths, parking and the next inspection, one card featured double.

Listing galleries

Eight photographs per listing with thumbnails, a position counter and arrow-key navigation.

Facts column and features

Beds, baths, parking, type, land or total area and the year built, with the features as a plain list.

Inspection times

Dated inspection windows on every listing, with a line to arrange a private inspection.

Sticky agent panel

On desktop the agent's portrait, phone and email stay beside the listing as it scrolls; the email carries the listing in its subject.

Sold results

Twelve recent sales with suburb, price and days on market on their own page.

Agent directory

Twelve agents with portraits, roles, their suburbs, a short bio and a direct phone and email each.

Suburb guides

Six guides with a photograph, four paragraphs and the median prices, linked from the listings.

Counting numbers

Agents, years and homes sold count up once as they enter the view; the water in the hero drifts slowly as the page loads.
