This policy applies to users located outside Turkey. If you are located in Turkey, our Privacy Notice under the Turkish Data Protection Law (KVKK) and our Cookie Policy for Turkey apply instead; both are available in English, and the Turkish text prevails.

This policy does not cover the sites and apps that our customers build with Firevibe. Each customer is responsible for the personal information of its own users and visitors, and we process that information on the customer's behalf under our Data Processing Addendum.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • provide, operate and maintain the Services, including the AI features you use;
  • create and manage accounts, sign you in, process payments and keep track of credits;
  • send service emails, such as low-credit warnings, publishing notices, sign-in and security emails, and billing confirmations;
  • send marketing emails about Firevibe, which you can unsubscribe from at any time using the link in each email;
  • understand how the Services are used and improve them;
  • measure the performance of our advertising;
  • run our affiliate program;
  • protect the Services, detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and fix errors; and
  • comply with the law and enforce our Terms.

We do not use your content to train AI models.

3. How we share information

Service providers. We share information with companies that provide services to us, only as needed for those services. They include:

  • infrastructure, hosting and storage providers;
  • AI service providers;
  • our payment processor, Stripe;
  • analytics, advertising and affiliate program providers: PostHog, Meta, Google and Tolt;
  • error monitoring providers; and
  • email delivery and support tools.

AI providers. When you use an AI feature, the content needed for that feature is sent to the AI provider used for it. Not every file you upload is sent to every provider.

Advertising partners. Meta and Google receive information through the cookies and pixels described in section 5. When you make a purchase, we also send the purchase event to Meta from our servers, together with identifiers such as Meta's cookie values, your IP address and your browser information, to measure our advertising. Under some US state laws, this may be considered "sharing" for targeted advertising, or a "sale". We do not sell personal information for money.

What you choose to share. Content you publish is visible to anyone who visits it, within the visibility settings you choose. Collaborators you invite can see the projects you share with them.

Legal reasons. We may disclose information when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and security of Firevibe, our users or others.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

With your consent. We may share information in other ways when you ask us to or agree to it.

4. Retention

We keep account and project information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. When you delete a project or your account, the related content is removed from our active systems. Backups, security logs and copies held by our service providers are deleted on their own schedules. We keep payment, contract and dispute records for as long as the law requires.

If a published site is taken offline because your plan ended, your project and its data are not deleted.
