1. What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files saved to your computer or mobile device through your browser when you visit a website. These files store information for purposes such as keeping your session open, remembering your preferences and improving your user experience.
2. Why, and on which legal grounds, do we use cookies?
As Firevibe, we use cookies to provide, improve, secure and personalize our Services. Under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "KVKK"), we use cookies within the framework of the following purposes and legal bases:
Categories and purposes
- Essential technologies: tools genuinely necessary to provide the requested session, security or preference record. In the relevant activity, Article 5(2)(c) of the KVKK or, within balanced legitimate interest, Article 5(2)(f) applies. Calling a tool "essential" is not by itself sufficient.
- Analytics: understanding usage and performance with PostHog. Non-essential tracking depends on explicit consent obtained in advance.
- Advertising: advertising conversions, measurement and, where applicable, retargeting with Meta Pixel and Google advertising tools; measurement of affiliate program referrals with Tolt; depends on explicit consent.

4. Preferences
From the cookie panel you can use the "Accept all" or "Manage preferences" options; on the preferences screen, "Save" is sufficient to continue with the essential technologies only. The analytics and advertising preferences can be changed separately. Non-essential categories are not pre-ticked; a refusal is not used to block access to the basic service.
You can change your preference and withdraw your consent through the "Cookie preferences" panel on the site. Withdrawal stops subsequent consent-based operations; the lawfulness of earlier operations is assessed separately. Cookies can be deleted from the browser settings; deleting the preference record may cause the preference to be asked again.
5. Transfers, retention and rights
The rights under Article 11 of the KVKK and the application channels are explained under the KVKK Privacy Notice; the application address is help@firevibe.ai, and a request is answered within thirty days at the latest. For users who are minors, the representative process, an appropriate consent assessment and the additional restrictions of the target countries are observed; parental consent at registration does not mean permission for all tracking.
