About this template

Ortensia is a website template for an interior design studio: a portfolio where the rooms lead, each project a page with its facts and photographs, the studio's people and way of working behind it, and three services with their fees. The demo is a five-person studio in Milan's Brera working on apartments, restaurants and boutiques across Italy and Switzerland, photographed in warm afternoon light.

The home page opens on a finished living room with 'Rooms to live in.' set into it, revealing word by word, then eight projects in a mixed-size grid with one featured double and a hover that drifts the photograph toward the cursor and slides in the name and city, a strip of six materials (travertine, oak, velvet, brass, lime plaster, linen) that moves with the scroll, the studio in three paragraphs beside the founder's portrait, three client words and the email button. Projects lists twelve with filters for Residential, Hospitality and Retail; each project page has a full-bleed opening photograph, the name, city and year, a facts column (client, size, scope, collaborators, photographer), two paragraphs, six to eight photographs in an alternating layout with one full width, and the previous and next project. Studio presents the founder and four team members with portraits and roles, the way of working in four sections and press and awards by year. Services explains Full design, Styling and A consultation with what each includes, how it proceeds, the fee from euros and an email button. Journal holds four dated entries. Contact gives the address and map, email, phone and Instagram, with no form.

To make it yours, describe your studio in a chat with Firevibe: your projects with their facts and photographs, your materials, your people with portraits, your services and fees, your contact details. The grid, the strip and the project pages are rebuilt around your work.

Best use cases

Residential interior studio

Seven residential projects in the demo show apartments, houses and a chalet with floor areas, scope and an account of the materials and how the rooms are used.

Hospitality interiors practice

Restaurants, bars and guesthouses under their own filter, with pages that describe lighting, custom furniture and shared spaces alongside the credits.

Retail design studio

Boutiques and galleries under Retail, with the facts column carrying the size, the display systems and the collaborators.

Styling and consultation

Styling has its own service with a starting fee, and the consultation is a fixed two-hour appointment booked by email.

How it works

  1. Use the template

Sign up or log in, and the template's code is copied into a new project of your own. The site is served right away, at its own address.

  2. Change it by chat

Describe what you want different: the words, the images, the pages, the colors. Firevibe edits the code and the preview updates.

  3. Publish

Put the site live on a firevibe.dev address, or connect your own domain.

Features

Word-by-word statement

The studio's line reveals word by word over the full-bleed photograph as the page loads.

Pointer-aware project tiles

A tile's photograph drifts a few pixels toward the cursor, clamped, and the name and city slide in.

Material strip

Six material names run in a horizontal strip whose position is scrubbed by the page's scroll.

Project filters

Residential, Hospitality and Retail filter the twelve projects with a soft reflow.

Facts column

Client, size, scope, collaborators and photographer beside each project's text.

Alternating photographs

Six to eight per project, alternating sides, one spanning the full width, fading in as they enter; a shared-element transition opens the page from its tile.

Hide-and-return header

The thin header hides on the way down and returns on the way up.

Studio and press

Five portraits with roles, four sections on the way of working, and press and awards as a plain list by year.

Services with fees

Full design, Styling and A consultation, each with inclusions, steps, the fee from euros and an email button.

Journal and contact

Four dated entries with photographs; address and map, email, phone and Instagram without a form.
