The message consent presented to the user

An optional, unticked box:

"I agree to receive commercial electronic messages from Firevibe about Firevibe products, campaigns, discounts and promotions at the email address I have provided. I know that this permission is not a condition of membership or purchase, and that I can withdraw it free of charge through the unsubscribe link in every message."

The email address of the person giving consent and the time of consent are recorded. The recipient can withdraw their consent easily and free of charge. A refusal request is applied within the period provided for in the legislation, and within three business days at the latest. The consent and refusal record obligations under the Message Management System (İYS) are fulfilled separately.

Necessary notifications about payment, security and the operation of the service that contain no advertising may be sent separately under their own legal conditions. The permission requirement is not circumvented by adding marketing content to these notifications.

Processing personal data for marketing: a separate, optional explicit consent

Firevibe relies on explicit consent for processing email for marketing purposes. The box below is separate from the privacy notice and from the commercial message consent above:

"I give my explicit consent to Firevibe processing my email address and marketing preferences, as explained in the KVKK Privacy Notice, for the purpose of sending me Firevibe campaigns and promotions. I can withdraw my consent through help@firevibe.ai."

This explicit consent is not a general permission for advertising profiling, for sharing with all third parties or for regular international transfers. The transfer of data to the infrastructure providers used for sending email is subject to the privacy notice and the applicable transfer conditions.

Membership approval does not count as marketing permission for users who are minors. In sending messages, the applicable representation and consent conditions and the mandatory rules in the recipient's country are also observed.
