Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FireVibe website (firevibe.ai), application (app.firevibe.ai), and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by FireVibe ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FireVibe. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@firevibe.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. The Service

FireVibe is an AI-powered mobile app design tool. You provide a text description, and the Service generates app screens, design systems, images, and exportable code. The Service uses third-party AI models (including models from Anthropic, Google, and Replicate) to produce outputs.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts, reference images, and other content you provide to FireVibe ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Generated Output

The screens, design systems, images, and code generated by FireVibe ("Output") are yours to use for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. You may use, modify, distribute, and incorporate the Output into your projects without restriction.

We do not guarantee that Output is unique. Other users providing similar prompts may receive similar results. We do not claim ownership of the Output.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or algorithms
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service itself (as opposed to the Output you generate)
  • Circumvent usage limits, credit systems, or access controls
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

7. Plans, Credits, and Payments

FireVibe offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Credits are consumed when you use AI features (generation, chat edits, image generation, code export). Credit costs vary by operation and are displayed before each action.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods.

8. Free Plan

The free plan allows limited use of the Service. Free plan limitations (number of projects, screens, and features) may change at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free plan at any time.

9. Availability and Changes

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by FireVibe and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Output will be accurate, complete, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI-generated content may contain errors, inconsistencies, or unintended results.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FireVibe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FireVibe harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of the United States.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including Sections 5, 11, 12, 13, and 14).

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
