FireVibe ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at firevibe.ai and the FireVibe application at app.firevibe.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. If you sign in with a third-party provider (such as Google), we receive your name, email, and profile picture from that provider.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our services, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, and device information (browser type, operating system, screen resolution). This data is collected through standard server logs and analytics tools.

Content You Create

When you use FireVibe to generate app designs, we store the prompts you provide, the generated screens, design systems, images, and exported code. Reference images you upload are stored to provide the generation service.

Payment Information

We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your credit card number, expiration date, or CVC on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We receive and store your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and transaction history.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the FireVibe service
  • Process your transactions and manage your account
  • Generate app designs based on your prompts and preferences
  • Send you service-related communications (account confirmations, billing receipts, security alerts)
  • Improve our AI models and design quality (using aggregated, anonymized data)
  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the service
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and abuse

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers: We use third-party services to operate FireVibe, including Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Anthropic and Google (AI generation), Replicate (image generation), Resend (transactional email), and Sentry (error monitoring). These providers access your data only to perform services on our behalf.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or government request.
  • Business transfers: If FireVibe is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and generated content within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), encrypted storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate data

FireVibe is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at contact@firevibe.ai and we will delete it.
