About this template

Task Manager is a productivity app template designed by FireVibe AI. It includes 4 screens: Today, Inbox, Projects, Task Detail. The design uses a dark color scheme with Inter for headings and JetBrains Mono for body text. Every element — colors, typography, images, and layout — was generated by AI from a single prompt in under 3 minutes.

Tone

Precision-tool efficiency — sharp, dense, and calm. Like a well-worn mechanical keyboard: tactile, purposeful, zero decoration

Target audience

Busy professionals aged 25-40 who juggle multiple projects across work and personal life, already fluent with task managers like Todoist or Things 3, and deeply intolerant of UI friction

Design direction

Taskflow is a precision instrument disguised as a task manager. The canvas is near-void — #0E0E10, not quite black, like the space between keys on a matte keyboard. Cards lift just barely off the surface at #141416, separated by borders so thin they're felt more than seen. The single accent is a cold, electric blue (#3B82F6) that fires only when it matters: checkboxes completing, primary buttons, selected states. It never decorates — it signals. Typography splits personalities on purpose: Inter handles all task names and headings with quiet confidence, while JetBrains Mono owns every timestamp, count, and metadata field — making data feel like terminal output, not decorative labels. Priority and project colors (red, amber, violet, teal, rose) are the only chromatic variety, and they're earned by the user's own organization. Checkbox completion triggers a satisfying ring-fill animation in blue that collapses to a filled dot — the one moment of delight in an otherwise ruthlessly utilitarian surface. Drag handles are always visible but whisper-quiet at 20% opacity, brightening on touch. The overall feeling: opening a well-maintained code editor, not a sticker book.
