Savorly lives in the warm, golden hour between 4pm and dusk — the hour when serious home cooks start prepping dinner with a glass of wine in hand. The background is parchment-warm cream (#FAF7F2), not clinical white, evoking aged cookbook pages and natural linen. The hero color is a deeply saturated terracotta (#C4522A) — the exact hue of a well-seasoned cast iron pan or a sun-dried tomato. It appears on CTAs, active states, and category pills with conviction, never timidly. Olive-tinged khaki (#7A6E4A) plays accent — the color of fresh herbs and aged olive oil tins — used for tags and secondary actions. Typography is the soul of the app: Playfair Display headings carry the editorial gravitas of a Condé Nast food magazine, with generous tracking and elegant italic variants for recipe names.
